Wisdom
(After Proverbs 6:6)
Look what fools these ants should be
Marching towards futility
Struggling with such a might
With no end, onwards their plight
The victims of instinct hence
Toiling forth without much sense
Endlessly carving lairs
They must think this world is theirs
What is these ants’ end to be?
I ask this of you and me
Made for what purpose unknown
Knowing not, they tag along
Useless, senseless beasts they are
Thus I then, declare a war
What is these ant’s end to be?
I ask this of you and me
